In May 2022, the DCAF Border Security is planning a meeting of Heads of the Police and Customs Cooperation Centres (PCCCs) where, following a series of activities aimed at enhancing operational capacities in the PCCC region, the participants will discuss the developments and identify additional working areas for improvement, taking into consideration also mutual cooperation with the border police and criminal police in the fight against organised (cross-border) crime. 

Following a series of trainings on Debriefing procedures and on Cultural meditation, in support to the WB region in irregular migration management, the DCAF Border Security Programme is organising follow-up trainings in May 2022.

The workshops/trainings will include a combination of sessions on Debriefing procedures and on Cultural mediation within irregular migration management and are intended intended for both cultural mediators (interpreters) and police debrifing experts.
