Leadership Transition at the PCC SEE Secretariat
As of 1 July 2026, the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe (PCC SEE) Secretariat has entered a new chapter with the appointment of Mr. Vlastimir Dimitrijević as its new Head.
DCAF Ljubljana would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Felix Gautsch for his outstanding leadership, professionalism and dedication during his tenure as Head of the PCC SEE Secretariat. We are grateful for the cooperation and wish Felix every success and fulfilment in his future professional and personal endeavours.
At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Mr. Vlastimir Dimitrijević as the new Head of the PCC SEE Secretariat. We are confident that, under his leadership, the excellent work of the Secretariat will continue, further supporting the PCC SEE mission of enhancing regional security, mutual trust and effective cross-border police cooperation.
