DCAF Ljubljana, within the project "Support to the standardization of the resources of the border police of Bosnia and Herzegovina", financed by the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration, organised a field visit of the thematic working group on Mobility, which took place between 22.-26. April 2024 in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The field visit is part of continuous Project efforts to prepare recommendations on standards and systemisation of the border police of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the event, two specifically engaged subject matter expers engaged with representatives of the border police of BIH to discuss the needs and standards relating to mobility and also visited several of the border police units in Bosnia and Herzegovina where they were also able to obtain first hand information regarding the existing resources, and to identify potential additional needs and specifics relating to work of border police officials.
