39 visiting officers from 9 countries (excluding Montenegrin officers), supported by representatives of European Agencies (Europol and Frontex) and international organisations (DCAF, IOM), took part in the operations which focused on detection of illegal crossings of state border, interviews/debriefings with migrants and readmission, specifically the simplified readmission procedure and compensatory measures. 

During the Operation, significant number of irregular migrants were apprehended; certain number of migrants were interviewed which produced important information regarding the modus operandi, smugglers and migration routes; simplified readmission procedures conducted; some unaccompanied minors were taken by the social service; a person suspected of affiliation to terrorism was submitted to additional investigation outside the scope of the activities and significant quantity of illegal drugs discovered.
